What we need from you.
Own your sh*t – we step up, take ownership, and recognise that what we do impacts the whole team
Be qualified – Certifying Plumber/Gasfitter or Drainlayer. If you’re Registered, that’s fine, we’ll help you gain your Certifying Qualification
Be a NZ resident – you must have the right to live and work in New Zealand
Be able to work on your own – run your own jobs and help train apprentices
Hold a practising licence – registered with the PGDB and holding a relevant licence
Full driver licence – essential
Plumbing maintenance experience – ideal (you’ll need to be a problem-solver)
Practical mindset – think on your feet
Honest and trustworthy – clients trust us in their homes
Pride in your work – go the extra mile and exceed expectations
People skills – confident communicating with clients, teammates, and suppliers

Outside of work, Jason Brown likes to get out amongst the great outdoors. You’ll find him competing in road cycling challenges or out on an adventure with wife and business partner Kirstie Brown and their three young children.
